The way I understand it, the oath you take (if you were to become a US
citizen) will require you to at least state that you renounce your
prior citizenship. The INS, however, does not seem to be pursuing
this issue very seriously, and you might actually be able to reap the
benefits of both citizenships, despite what you might have stated
under "oath".
